At ERIMI Studio, each piece is produced in small batches and offered exclusively on a pre-order basis. This approach allows us to maintain high quality, reduce waste, and ensure every garment is crafted with precision.
Processing Time
All orders are pre-order.
Processing takes approximately 10–14 business days and includes:
• Fabric and dye-lot verification
• Full hand-inspection for sizing and quality
• Stitching and seam checks
• Final lint/fiber cleaning before packing
Your order ships only after it passes our quality assurance process.
Shipping Timeframes
Canada & United States:
• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if offered at checkout)
International:
• Estimated 7–15 business days (may vary by region)
Please note: shipping timelines begin after the 2-week processing period.
Tracking Information
Every order includes tracking.
A tracking number will be emailed automatically once your order ships.
If you do not receive tracking, please reach out and we will resend it.
Customs & Import Fees
International customers may be responsible for:
• Customs duties
• VAT/GST
• Import processing fees
These charges are determined by your country and are not collected or controlled by ERIMI Studio.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your address is complete and correct at checkout.
• Orders already shipped cannot be changed or rerouted.
• Returned packages due to address errors can be re-shipped at the buyer’s expense.
If your package is delayed or lost, we will assist you through the carrier’s investigation process.
Packaging
Each garment is packaged securely to protect delicate fabrics such as cashmere, wool, cupro, silk blends, and linen.
If branded packaging is being restocked, we may use alternative packaging to avoid delaying your shipment.
Timely delivery remains our priority.
